How do I conduct a check?
Complete the three steps listed above, if you choose for the contractors details to be collected by email we will email them directly to complete the required form. Once their details have been completed the check and send you the report.
Suppose your Trades Person or Contractor refuses to complete the check form. You need to decide if you’re going to do business with them; in theory, any Trades Person or Contractor who has something to hide will not consent to these checks being conducted. Maybe this is a red flag for any Homeowner or Principle Contractor to consider finding another person to complete their project.
Trade Checka strongly suggests that all returned forms need to be submitted for checks because sometimes a person will consent to a check and still have red flags that you need to know about and they are hoping you will not conduct the check.
